You’ve been officially nominated to join WYNOT Voices, part of the Miss Eagle Pass Empowerment Initiative (501c3)and powered by Go Universal M / WYNOT World Wide.

Before we can activate your ambassador profile, please complete all required onboarding forms with a parent or guardian. These documents protect your creative rights, confirm participation, and allow us to feature your voice safely across WYNOT media platforms.

What You’ll Need to Complete

  1. Student Information Form — your basic contact details and school verification.

  2. Parent/Guardian Consent Form — authorizes participation and confirms understanding of program expectations.

  3. Media Release Form — grants permission for your photo, video, and voice to appear in WYNOT Voices productions, podcasts, and social media.

  4. Code of Conduct Agreement — outlines professional behavior, digital safety, and respect policies for all youth ambassadors.

 

💡 Tip: Have your parent or guardian nearby to review and sign each section with you.
